Holy Trinity Reformed Evangelical Church is a member of the Confederation of Reformed Evangelical Churches (CREC), and we are committed to living out the fullness of the Gospel in Greenville, South Carolina. Beginning with faithful worship on the Lord's Day, Holy Trinity seeks to celebrate the goodness of God in all of life through laughter, dancing, and feasting. It is our hope to work together with the many other Christian congregations of this region for the blessing and welfare of our city.

Standing in the Reformation tradition, we believe that the Triune God created and perfectly rules over all things, and in Jesus Christ became man in order to purchase the salvation of the world. From every land, race, nation and family under heaven, God is gathering His saints through the proclamation of the gospel and the faithful celebration of the sacraments.

We believe that Jesus conquered sin and death in His death, burial and resurrection and ascended into heaven where He reigns as King over all the earth and that He will reign there until all of his enemies have become His footstool. This gradual transformation of the world was inaugurated two thousand years ago, and continues to this day as men, women and children repent and believe, placing their trust in the Messiah.

As witnessed throughout the Scriptures, we believe that God is enthroned in the praises of His people, and that as Christians offer pure sacrifices of praise to the King, God acts on our behalf judging the nations and establishing His rule in the earth. Thus beginning with joyful, robust, liturgical worship each Lord’s Day, we seek to build a high Christian culture through living out winsome, faithful lives before our Maker.

We believe that the Church exists for the world, and therefore we are called to faithfulness in worship, our families, vocations, and communities to the end that our neighborhoods and cities are transformed by the grace of God. Faith has hands and feet, and therefore all genuine piety expresses itself in grace and mercy to neighbors, family, friends, but particularly to those in distress. Christ came for the sick and weak and abandoned, and it is the Church’s responsibility to show forth that same kind of grace.
